If the fuskers try to play every independent and team that can travel to Lincoln should their team be renamed?

I say boot them for just thinking about doing this. oh wait they are a sure win for the hawks so keep them.
 
Yeah...I figured they would. Frost is so perfect for Nebraska. He's just flat out arrogant...yet doesn't have the results to justify it. He was acting like Nebraska is Clemson or something and had some clout. Nebraska's program has been an also ran program for the past three years. No one fears Nebraska. I saw a post from a Nebraska fan about them needing Frost's swagger to get back on top and that year three of Scott Frost was the year all Nebraska fans were pointing to for them to be BACK. I spit coffee all over my computer when I read that.

For those of us who remember...year one of the Scott Frost era was going to be a return to glory. Watching them lose the first 6 was just beautiful. Unless Nebraska was hiding 4 or 5 defensive linemen who were better than what they had last year...they ain't returning to glory in the B10 when football resumes. There defensive line is going to be young and inexperienced. That isn't good in this league. If you have to outscore people to win...you end up 3-5 or 4-4 if you are good offensively.
 
The first time he gets Nebraska to a 9-3/8-4 mark.....he gone. What options he will have I don't know, but I see him getting out of dodge quick. Don't let Nebraska fans fool you, he ain't a ride or die guy as far as being a Nebraska head coach is concern.

At the time he left Iowa for a higher paying opportunity in a better climate, Coach Alford was the winningest coach in Big Ten Tournament history. Frost will never have that sort of success when the chips are all on the line.

I think Rob Howe was talking on a character level, arrogance level. I might be wrong in estimating Rob's meaning but from I heard from my friends around Iowa City a lot of people didn't like Alford the person.

I challenge you to find a single person who lives within 90 minutes to the west of the Missourah River and north of the Missourrah border who doesn't worship Scott Frost.

People just don't like Alford because the moron fanbase was clamoring to get to the next level, which Alford achieved, but after Alford left Lickliter and Fran have taken us down quite a slide, and people are upset at themselves for the way they demanded Davis to be replaced.

Yes. Frost's approval rating dwarfs what Alford had here. It's more the arrogance and entitlement from which they speak.

I heard directly alford wanted free everything frpm Johnson county merchants which is bullshit when u make 20 to 40 times the avg fans. when reviews were bad he would say he is going to his mansion to play ball with his kids in thrir personal gym. that kind of shit.
