I hate trademarks for this type of stuff. It's like the genius' at the NCAA came up with this great slogan that I'm sure they stole from someone else, but now have the rights to it. Just blows my mind to think that such a common/unoriginal name that I'm sure has been/or is currently being used by other smaller organizations is now off limits to those other organizations because the NCAA honestly feels that they've come up with something that no one else could.
