It's blatantly obvious the University Of Kansas has used Addidas to pay basketball recruits to come to Lawrence. One recruit named Zion Williamson ends up at Duke that Kansas was recruiting (def: arranging payment to) .Duke can plead innocent all it wants and that Krusty K coach can brush off this scandal as just a "blip", but it isn't. We are talking criminal activity.

The NCAA is as guilty as Kansas in the corruption going on in college basketball recruiting. The first move should have been to immediately bar Kansas from the NCAA tournament 2019. Then it should send college basketball coaches a strongest of strong messages; give Kansas the death penalty for three years.

As long as the NCAA tournament and these shoe companies keep 600 million in the NCAA's coffers....nothing is going to happen. Nothing. Everyone should cheat! Everyone. If they want a playing field that's even close to level. The AG in any state could haul these shoe companies into court for fraud, if they wanted to. Hit them with a mother f***** of a lawsuit and go after their money. 44 states are currently on the short end of this fraud. If even a handful of the AGs from these states got together, it would probably push these shoe companies into bankruptcy. That would be a great start.

It's pathetic and it really pisses me off because I know in the end nothing will happen. Then all the teams who should be getting the hammer will be strutting around saying "See, told you we were innocent" when everyone knows damned well that they aren't.

NCAA basketball is a GD cesspool.

As long as the NCAA polices the schools and also profits off the basketball tournament at the same time...nothing will change. there is no incentive for the NCAA to punish the blue blood schools, it would only hurt their own bottom line.

It's a vicious cycle really. The NCAA makes more $ and is generally more robust when the Dukes and Kansases are going deep in the tournament so they look the other way on the shoe companies' stuff because it helps these blue bloods get the best recruits. The best recruits help the blue bloods win, the shoe companies keep making profits, everyone's happy.
