NCAA Football 2011 Conference shift

Now I know the whole superconference thing is done but with TCU joining the Big East wouldn't it have been easier/better if things had gone down like this?

Big 12:
Loses Nebraska to Big Ten
Indiana joins (This is only in my scenario because NCAA football doesn't allow expansion...had to replace someone haha)
Boise State replaces ISU in the north
TCU replaces Baylor in south (Again baylor's recent football success would throw a wrench but overrall their program isn't a strong program in the long run aka after Robert Griffin leaves)

MWC:
Loses Utah to PAC 10
Gains Washington State (Again had to replace someone bc game doesn't allow expansion, but is Wazzou really a BCS worthy program, besides backing into 03 Rose Bowl.)

MAC:
Gains ISU
Loses Toledo

CUSA
Gains Toledo
Loses UAB

Sun Belt
Gains UAB

This scenario (albeit with out the replacements and some expansion) would "grease all the squeaky wheels" aka Boise, TCU, Utah and provide more competition within conferences...aside from Big 12 north...that one is just kind of Boise's I guess with Mizzou and KSU rising up...

Could a mod move this to General College football....my bad clicked on wrong forum. Thanks
