He wasn't talking about Tyler. He was referring to the trade the Ravens made.

The Ravens draft personnel have applied the lessons learned from their mentor Ozzie Newsome, who will be in the hall of fame someday as an executive. They have arguably been the best drafting team in the NFL since the franchise moved in 1996.

Everyone loves their draft so far. I keep hearing the Ravens are smart and draft what fits their system.
