My thoughts on Wisconsin game

Cause I no you're dying to hear it.

I used to like when Fran got T'd up. Main reason is because we did not have a team to overcome homer officiating. However, now we do. We could have won that game. Not saying the T's were the difference. But we could have overcome it without them. I like this team, I have a feeling we will be tourney ready more than any other Big Ten team by season end.

Anyway. Those are my thoughts. Can't believe ESPN is calling for a suspension. ****** Bags.

The officials need to stick to their "point of emphasis". Letting teams like Wiconsin and Michigan State get away with murder has got to stop....or at least be consistent among ALL teams, not just the league favorites.

I am not blaming the loss on the officials...Iowa did enough on their own with missing easy shots, giving uncontested 3's to Wisconsin, etc.

I don't mind Fran getting an occassional Tech foul. But last night was Bob Knight crazy and waaaaay over the liine. That didn't accomplish anything and lost the game for Iowa.

I imagine Fran is not having a good day today either.

ESPN wouldn't be calling for a suspension if game had been carried on their network. But they're right, Fran is no different than any other coach. He needs to be held accountable. And, coupled with chair-slamming incident, indicates Fran may need to be watched a little more closely by The Powers That Be.

There will be games where it seems like the other side gets all the calls. The good teams take it in stride and fight through it. We collapsed and looked like an NIT team. I think we are a tourney team but I am penciling us in with a big eraser handy.

Just the second Big 10 game....a little early to start doubting IMO.
