ESPN's Andy Katz says that Gillispie and Floyd are both interested in current C-USA coaching openings. COME TO C-USA WE'LL TAKE ANYONE ! It sounds like Houston, UCF, and UTEP are willing to take a gamble on these guys, Gillispie might be a steal. Tom Penders who just left Houston is rumored to already be looking at other openings.

I don't know what the penalties should be for a coach with recruiting violations like Floyd. I do know that it should not be a year or two out of the business and back in.

Not sure why schools re-hire these guys, if enough didn't, perhaps then there would be some real changes in character.
