MSU will lose to Penn State Conspiracy

Joe Paterno is 1 win away from win #400. Penn State finishes the season with NW, @ OSU, Indiana, MSU. They could win 3 of 4 and finish the year nicely with a 5-3, 8-4 record.

Joe Pa announces he'll be retiring, and Penn State becomes an epic bowl game with Joe Pa's last dance.

I don't think the Big 10 wants Joe Pa's last game of the year ever to be some garbage bowl on a 6-6 overall team. Penn State will beat MSU the last game of the year... or alteast I think they are going to get some very very nice assistance from the officials.
 




I think they will beat MSU, but it will have nothing to do with favoritism to JoePa. It will have to do with the fact that PSU is a "good" team and is figuring things out down the stretch.
 


PSU will win because they are a completely different team under thier new quarterback not because of some hack job conspiracy theory.
 


I think that BOTH MSU and PSU have good teams. A key difference is that I have a heck of a lot more respect for JoePa than I have for Dantonio.

I hope that PSU beats MSU ... however, I don't see there being any guarantee that it will happen.

And, BTW, I think that PSU is a team that is just now figuring out "who they are" this season. Thus, provided that things can finally actually start looking up for them on the injury front, I think that they will continue to get better and better as the season progresses.
 






I watched the Penn State vs Michigan on Saturday evening. The PSU offense compared to where they were against Illinois was vastly improved. Of course the Michigan defense may have had a hand the improvement. The defense has improved as well. They did a good job of taking the pass away from Michigan and did enough to keep Robinson to about his average. MSU better get its running game going if they expect to beat PSU.
