MSU was just carving up the Hoosiers on the ground.

OSU was just blowing thru Rutgers.

The hawk offense looks generally so inefficient. Very sad coaching.
 
Tom Herman has more offensive philosophy in a single finger than this entire coaching staff has in both hands combined.

Yep, Herman was CArr's offensive coordinator for years and during the Brian Griese natty championship year

No, he was never at UM. I think you're confusing him with Jim Herrman who was the UM DC in the late 90's. He left to be the Jets LB coach. His defenses were disappointing after '97 and it was thought he was pushed out. Tom Herman was the OC at ISU a couple of years ago and was highly thought of.
