move Party Rock Anthem to start of Q4

I really like what they did at Kinnick this year with the Party Rock Anthem video with some student athletes dancing between the 1st and 2nd quarter. Now I just wish they'd move it to between the 3rd and 4th quarters, where it belongs. Anything is better than putting the crowd to sleep with Hey Jude or tired Neil Diamond songs in that spot.

I agree with the move to get rid of Hey Jude and Sweet Caroline reminds me of ISU. However, Black and Yellow would be a lot better song choice IMO. I can't believe it's not even in the warmup music. The crowd going crazy to that song at the beginning of the 4Q in our night game would be pretty impressive with recruits in the house.

I dont like that idea. The reason it worked is because the song was still hot. It will b way over played by then. They need to just pick a new song each year or each game.

Jump Around stuck, and it's not really any better than Party Rock

I don't care what the song is, it just has to get the crowd off their a$$es ... and it shouldn't change. Look at PSU, UM, and OSU ... they all play 7 Nation Army incessantly. Great song, but we need our own identity. Just pick something with a banging beat and stick with it.

This. You can't keep changing the song and expect the desired reaction game to game and year to year. I like this idea. It went over very well in the crowd during games this year.
