Cumulative Overrated/Underrated Teams

I was surprised to see Oregon at the top. Iowa was pretty respectable. Makes me smile to see USC and ND at the bottom.

I think that's a flawed way to determine underrated vs. overrated. It looks only at teams rated in the top 25. If a team is ranked 1 and goes 8-4 and ends up rated 23, it hurts to the tune of -22. If a team is rated 23 to start the year and ends up 2-10 and the 100th best team in the nation, they are only given a score of -3 instead of -77.
