If changes were to happen. The O-Line coach would either depart or be demoted. Reese Morgan, who spends a lot of time with the team, would step in and coach the O-Line. I think they would improve the run game. I think that is doable.

Brian isn't going anywhere anytime soon.

Kirk needs to be making calls to all of his friends in the Big Sky Conference and similar nobodies in an attempt to place his son. That looks more and more like the only way forward for Brian. I'm not sure Brian will be able to find any job coaching football after dad retires otherwise.

I was thinking of the 6th grade football games I watch once a year to show my students I care. I see some better offenses in that league.

This isnt a QB issue (though our QB has lost his confidence) or an O line issue (though it is not very good), this is an OC issue. We have a walk on from Iowa City getting playing time. Little Lick anyone?
