Just goes to show that the NCAA is powerless to do anything to/about these rogue programs. The NCAA has become a major joke in terms of enforcement. They just take their cut of the money and move on, unless you are some some small insignificant D1/D2/D3 program.

If i was high school football player' i would love to play for Miami or Florida or Florida State. Don't blame me, I love Iowa Hawkeyes,but I love the beach, sun , and warm weather year around and women. I graduated from high school in Florida.
It wouldn't have anything to do with how they recruits.That 's so lame excuse!

^^ this^^. I think the same thing when I am in California about the recruiting advantages. USC has tradition don't get me wrong, but its all about beaches and beeches if you know what I'm saying expecially when you're 18.
