@BlairRIVALS: RT #Iowa commit OL Ross Pierschbacher @RossP71 USC and Auburn offered!

Hope we can keep this kid in IC.
 
If he signs with Iowa, at least from an offer standpoint, would this be KF's most decorated recruit? I can't remember anyone getting offers from UCS, Alabama, Notre Dame, Auburn, Stanford, etc.
 
I have cousins in CF who insist he will be a Hawkeye. They are in college, but have talked to him. I think they may just be drinking the Kool-aid, but we can all hope.
 
Aren't all Hawkeyes supposed to be team players? Heaven forbid a player comes to Iowa just so he can be drafted in the first round of the NFL draft...

EDIT: if you're sure he'll be a Hawkeye so he can go high in the NFL draft, how much is it a stretch for him to go to another program that perennially wins?

At this point, I'm much more concerned that he'll be the next Blake Larsen than that he'll be the next Delano Hill. I'm convinced he'll be a Hawkeye.
 
I think he is like a normal high school kid, loves the opportunity to go to these schools and be treated like a king...USC,Bama,Florida,ect....nice places to visit,but he will not play there...he is a hawk.
 
We sound like ISU with Lazard. I mean I think he comes to Iowa simpy because he loves Iowa, the only way he goes is if something happens to KF or BF. No need to worry about it. Nothing we can do about his status but be happy for him that he is doing so well.

Huh? His offer list is already insane. I guess you're saying that he'll pick up even more offers, which will be the case, of course.

Damnnnnnn! I almost feel sorry for some of those guys getting blown up by him. I love how he plays through the whistle.
 
Hes going to Iowa. I'm not sure it really matters who offers now with him holding the Bama offer. That trumps any other offer that comes his way.

Once the shock and awe wears off, it's still going to come down to where he's most comfortable...and he's been a Hawkeye since he was a kid. I'm not worried...and if he does decide to go somewhere else, it's his life and he's earned the right to do so. I just won't care about his career if he does. Much like Harrison Barnes, Doug McDermott, Marcus Paige, etc. etc...if you'd rather go be a little fish in a big pond don't expect to drag me along for the ride as a Hawkeye fan, but a fan of you personally.

I'm 99% sure none of them care if you are a fan of them or not and have absolutely no expectations of your fandom whether they commit here or elsewhere.
