I try too more or less just try to keep up to date with who my team drafts

As a cubs fan I"m used to drafting early. I was hoping Correa would fall to the cubs but he went #1. Then when they pick almora i wasn't disappointed but I was hoping they took a chance on Freid who went #7. I thought he could be a Kershaw type pitcher, and power leftys are tough to find.

I though we for sure were going to take Appell or however you spell it out of Stanford. He was projected to go first overall by almost every pre draft thing i looked at. I was surprised he fell that far. But in Theo I trust

I am excited about who the Cubs got today with the #6 pick. I feel they got the best player of the draft.

Supposedly his agent, Scott Boras, wanted stratospheric numbers for Appell to sign....But I am more than happy with almora!!
