I agree regarding Gesell. He is what I call the "glue guy", the one who IMHO is a coach on the floor or at least has the potential to be. He is still growing into his own as a "floor general", but has all of the intangibles that make him a great leader, We are so much better organized and cohesive as a group when he's on the floor. Why he was on the bench at "crunch time", and when the game was on the line is a mystery to me. Uthoff has shown flashes, but is not consistent, and to me seems to wilt under pressure. Oleseni has improved a ton, but is not a "go to guy", he may well be next year, and Melsahn disappears too much during stretches in the game to be reliable. I love Zach's toughness and tenacity, but he's no "go to guy" either even though he's a gamer. Oglesby had the hot hand and they should have used him or gone more to Dev down the stretch. Not sure why White has been in such a funk lately. Disappointing loss. If we can't hold serve at home against an evenly matched team, I don't see us going that far in either the BT tourney or NCAA's. We don't really have any "bad losses" per se, but losing (3) at home is inexcusable.
