Last night was coming back from my yearly donation to Las Vegas and had lay over in Denver(tentative DSM arrival 630pm). After a little delay on runway, the pilot informed us in a upset voice, that we needed to be hauled back to the gate. Seems the person putting the gas into the plane, put the gas in the tanks unevenly(whatever that means). Which meant we were going to be delayed an hour and would miss start of game. A buddy of mine recognized the ISU President sitting ahead of us, probably on way back from the bowl game. My buddy yells up to me and says I knew we would have problems when I saw that the guy filling the tanks had an Iowa State hat on. He got a lot of cheers from the hawk fans and a few friendly jeers from the ISU fans on board.
