the charges seem, to a cynic like me, things that are likely going on around the country...nobody really thinks MSU invented this tactic. But they got caught. I'd love to see Alabama or OSU get busted for this and hurt by the sactions.
Separate note / idea here. The attrition at Iowa from the 09 class that JM explained so well had the same impact as a serioius NCAA penalty which removed schollys. And we saw the slide in W/L record.
