Iowa is not jumping Wisconsin for a Bowl game. If Wisconsin loses this game they are probably headed to the Outback Bowl.

Edit - Actually the loser of this game is probably headed to the Outback Bowl. I don't think Minnesota has ever played in the Outback Bowl.
