Would very much Miller & Howe to have a frank discussion via podcast on that state of recruiting and the circumstances of why certain commits take visits and others don't/cannot. Now that Eno has left the program, I'd also like an idea of the current state of the existing commits, at least to the extent that we know. I know I'm going to get the, "one kid doesn't make a program", "we'll be fine" and "next man in" explanation. But the stench in this program continues to permeate and the temporary air freshener that was 2015 has expired. Ferentz has said a few things that have me question his dedication to the recruiting process, particularly in regards to having officials on game day, and the reality is that Iowa is always between a few hits and a few misses away from being legit and possibly missing a bowl game. Sure, it's easy to pile on when the team is below acceptable, but the product on the field is far from even mildly entertaining, regardless of the outcome. We just don't do anything to help our cause and want to make kids come here. Indiana, the perennial bottom-feeder is honestly more entertaining to watch than the Hawks. I have real concerns this class is going to come unraveled very quickly and, in some ways, it just adds more fuel to the fire when Iowa had no reason to do worse than 9-3 this season. Incredible.
