Does Fran have any ties to Rosario who is transferring from Rutgers, looks like he had a heck of a year for the Scarlet Knights. Just wondering if this is even a remote possibility??
He may have targeted him but i doubt he is a possibility. He had offers from pretty much every bigeast school, if he isnt allowed to transfer within conference then there is probably a 1% chance of him looking at iowa. The only thing Fran has going for this kid is instant playing time and starting status.
Can't really say it'd be instant playing time and starting status as he'd have to sit out a year and we don't know for sure what our team will look like in 2 months let alone a year and a half.

I think he would have a chance unless Cully has a breakout year this year, I believe Rosario plays PG, he played in the best big 6 conference and was a MCD AA. However I dont think he looks at Iowa.
