Really nice write up about Mike complete with page sized picture in this issue. Seems like he was hurt a lot at Iowa but Norm always liked him a lot Norm knew what he was talking about!
 
Yeah...He really helped himself against Oklahoma in that bowl game. He was dominant and played the entire game in their backfield. He was finally healthy and he was talking some trash too. I love me some Mike Daniels.
 
I live an hour from Green Bay, and a Packer fan. Mike is one of the most popular Packers here in Wisconsin. Hard working, never takes a play off, probably an over achiever, never a discipline problem, team mates love him. Oh, gee. I could be talking about why Hawkeye fans loved him. I have always been fasciinated by the similarities between the Pack and the Hawks.
 
He always gives my Vikings fits. One time Adrian Peterson was Mic'd Up and Mike was in his ear all game. I wanted to hate it, but I couldn't!
 
Great timing for a Hawk on the SI cover. Display it prominently in the football complex for all of the recruits visiting this weekend to see.
