Michigan State on a Roll!

Does everyone get upset by this comment? I do every time I hear it inregards the MSU and how they are now favored to win this saturday. I know that the game is in East Lansing, but to use the expression," MSU is on a Roll", is just dumb. I mean what are the Hawks! they have won 11 games in arow and are now thought as chop liver..... Who knows?

I agree with you marshawk. Having the second longest win streak would qualify as being on a roll, I would think! As far as being on the road, that
doesn't bother me or the Hawks for that matter. In their last 5 road games
Iowa has outscored oppenents 162-33 while dominating second halves...
about 32-6 per game! More foused and fewer distractions away from home.

MSU on a Roll 3-1 in the last 4 games, I just don't see it? They beat a Michigan team that was asleep most of the game until the 4th quarter and almost came back to beat them. Their other two wins are Illinois and Northwestern by identical scores 24-10. C-mon MAN seriously any average team should be on a roll against that schedule? Hawks come out with a chip on their shoulder and put it to Sparty. 31-10.
