Absolute home run hire for Michigan in my opinion. Perfect coach at the perfect time for them. They didn't deserve to back into a coach like this.

Relatively short term option to steady the ship. It is a good hire, IMO. He is a solid guy who coaches a B1G style. Probably at the biggest downfall is he is not a dynamic recruiter.

They can come back in 3-7 years and find a longer term answer.
