Michigan/Alabama to meet in 2012?

According to this article, they'll possibly meet in Dallas to open the 2012 season.

I don't understand Dallas. Couldn't they meet in the middle somewhere? Maybe Titan's stadium in Nashville or Paul Brown in Cincinnati? Cowboys stadium is out of the way for both fanbases especially Michigan's.

Brilliant! Right in the heart of the Texas league. Take some of their limelight in their backyard. Wish the Hawkeyes would do something like that! We have a lot of support in Texas, building on that wouldn't hurt one bit...

I love the games, but it's kind of too bad that Alabama gets to play two Big 10 powerhouses while both will be down/rebuilding! It will only hurt our image vs. the SEC unless PSU and UM pull off the upsets.
