This should surprise ZERO people. And it should help our chances!

Maybe, maybe not. Illinois only loses one senior this year, and they had a top 15 recruiting class last year. I don't have much faith in coach Groce, but if he can get Brandon Paul and DJ Richardson to buy in, they are both seniors and could be the best guard tandem in the Big 10. Leonard will be replaced by Nnana Egwu, who was a top 100 recruit. I think Illinois fans are going to have the same desire as Iowa fans that big men develop really quickly.
