McCaffery: What should he do first?

I think the first two years are going to be critical for him. Obviously he needs to hire good recruiters, but there is not much speculating we can do on that front.

It seems pretty obvious that if you're going to play up-tempo you need two point guards. Even with slow Lick ball we had to rest Cully sometimes.

So what do we think? Kaylon Williams still? Illinois is supposedly interested now, but I think he is ours if we want him.

Perhaps the first thing that he should do is get in contact with the current players and introduce himself. Then talk to the current recruits on why they should make the best choice for there college carrear.
