Well I dont care if Dolph and Eddie's play call is 10 seconds ahead of the TV I am going to listen to the radio.

Joey Galloway has a very monotonous voice. Who thinks he that good of an analyst?

And not a big fan of Beth's play calling.

How many games do you think ESPN is doing in this same timeslot? Maybe 8-10 around the country? They probably dont want to pay these broadcasting teams very much for so many games. They would hate to eat into Boomer's big paycheck.

A rash of suicides that rivals the great '80's farm crisis would grip the state if the opening line of the telecast was this:

"Thank you for tuning in, this is Beth Mowins and due to a family emergency Joey Galloway won't be here today, but don't fret, we have quite a treat for you because Pam Ward was on campus to call the Maryland volleyball game this evening, so despite the fact that she had 6 minutes of prep time this morning, we have mic'd her up and we will be your crew for a great Big Ten rivalry game between Maryland and Iowa."

Ditto for me. Turn down the sound on the TV and listen to the radio. I may invest in one of these TV to Radio sync devices. Anybody tried one of these?

I'm going without the noise...on this one. There is nothing Beth Mowins can tell me I don't already know (other than useless information supposed to try my imagination)...I'd rather watch an episode of "Killing the Kardashians" than listen to Miss Irritating and Joey Doucheway.

I just can't get no satisfaction.

I believe I will be canceling cable one last time after this season. I did before from 2009-2012.

This season has already 2 games on ESPNU, which is not one of the channels I get, and 2 games with Beth Mowins & company, the worst production team ESPN has ever had.

Throw in 4 hour games with 67 minutes of comercials and only 11 minutes of action. I am done. Next year i will listen on radio in first half, go to a bar for 2nd half. I am done with cable at home.

The good and the bad of having so many sport channels now ... the good ... obviously we get to see more games from the friendly confines of home ... the bad ... well, just about any former player, etc., is given a mic ...

Will DJK be getting a mic, or is Kurt stopping that?

ehhhh, We've had this debate/discussion before I really don't care. Are they the greatest team ever? No. however I can live with it.

Seems like they got a promotion from feces games to mid-tier games.

This just sealed the deal. I've got 20 some people coming over to watch the game on the 10' projection screen, and I'm not gonna subject my guests to these announcers. Gonna give batcrack radio delay a try. Looks like all you have to do is hook up a radio to the IMac, set the delay time and you can sync up the audio to the satellite delay. Dolph and Eddie >>>>>> Mowins and Galloway.
