There will be 2 more eventually, just doesn't make sense to stay at 14. I am thinking 1 more eastern school to put in a division with Penn State, Maryland, and Rutgers, and then one other, too bad it isn't going to be Notre Dame.

I've heard (rumor only) that Georgia Tech and North Carolina might be targets for future expansion.

Edit: By future expansion, I mean NEAR future.

Maryland? Nasty. And not the good kind of nasty. North Carolina and Georgia Tech considered for future expansion, too? Why not just merge with the ACC? The football would be crap but the basketball would be awesome.

Any expansion that does not include Notre Dame will be a disappointment.
