Not talking about the weather which by the way is turning cold! Iowa Basketball. In Frans tenure we have been in the NCAA Tournament 2.5 times (I'm counting the playin game .5) In those 7 years have won 2 games and then lost in the round of 32 by a Bunch!
Big Ten Tournament Fran is 2-7 with 5 1 and dones and 4 straight 1st round losses to double digit seeds! Now that's Brutal! Yesterdays game was really hard to watch
So another March comes around and we get to see the Hawks play against Stoney Brooke before 3,000 bored fans. Or at least some of will watch. Ok it may be good for a young team but its just hard to get excited especially if the weather turns! And to top it all off we have to watch as the Clones probably win another Big 12 title and make a run in the tournament. They could go aways
Everyone points to youth and next year. Sure hope they are right and Cook finds a jump shot and Moss plays under control and the Big kids coming in give us some post defense and Bohanon continues to be much better than anyone thought AND we make the tournament If not its going to be Brutal
