Maybe it's just me but what I see as a shortcoming this year is indecisiveness in pressure situations. I do not pretend to know anything about KF's strengths as a game manager; it appears to me that he delegates most of that to his coordinators. However, when the pressure is on, I believe he is taking the reins back at the wrong time and everyone is suffering as a result.
If he really has delegated responsibility for game (clock) management to someone else, then let them do it all. As head coach he can certainly hold them accountable after the game but management by committee as time is expiring does not work. Even worse, it breeds a lack of confidence just when we need it most and that is written all over Stanzi's face.
