Looks like Wisconsin isn't very good this season.

Getting thumped by Michigan for their 3rd straight loss. They are now 1-3 in Big Ten, 0-4 against ranked teams. Who would have thought Wisconsin and Minnesota are at the bottom of the conference with Northwestern, Penn State and Nebraska? Iowa is AHEAD of Wisconsin in standings! Kind of bitter because now that win at Kohl Center doesn't look nearly as impressive.

Both wins were good wins, however I agree that it appears that Both Wisc and Minn don't look like even middle of the pack teams.

Top 4 is pretty clear with OSU, Ind, Mich and MSU. Middle appears to be Purdue, Ill, NW. Bottom appears to be Nebraska, PSU, Iowa, Minn, Wisc but unlike a lot of years I think any of those teams are capable of getting a W except maybe against OSU.

Hopefully Iowa can pick up 5 more wins in the Big Ten. 7-11 would definitely show improvement. I am not sure we will be able to do that with Nebraska and PSU playing better than expected.

ANY road win is impressive in the B1G. I'm glad to see Wiscy have a down year. We may possibly do better than I thought in the league. We can beat anybody on any given night. We won't see OSU again.

Wisconsin lost by 3 at north Carolina and demolished Nebraska at Nebraska to open the big 10. Iowa spun their season out of control and I think its great.

Still was nice to get the win @Wisconsin (1st since 2000), even if it's not one of Bo Ryan's better teams. I said a couple weeks ago that I'd be happy if the Hawks got ANY road wins in the league this year - they already have two.

Wisconsin has lost to two good teams the last couple of games. They are 1-3 and have looked horrible but it's a long season and Bo Ryan is really good at coaching. I wouldn't be shocked if they turned it around. I would love if they didn't though.

Look at who Wisconsin has lost to though. @UNC by just 3, vs. Marq(who was ranked and is a good team), vs MSU in OT, and @UM. All good teams.

I HATE Wisconsin more than any other Big 10 team. It figures that after we pull the huge upset they start doing everything in their power to make that win less impressive. **** Wisconsin!

Might as well add Minny to this discussion as they lost again at home to PU. They're not responding well after losing Mbakwe.

I agree with your top 4 but don't think there is a middle tier. I think it is those and everyone else. PSU just beat Purdue by 20 and Iowa just beat Wisky and Minny at their places.

That's because they really aren't that good without Mbakwe. Their guard play isn't good at all; their strength lies in the frontcourt. And Mbakwe was a huge part of that.

I've posting many times in the past that this Wisconsin team wasn't very good and would struggle this year. They have no athletes. No matchup problems either. Leur, Nankivil and Jarmus would key for that team. Wisconsin doesn't recruit the greatest either. The only player they really have is Jordan Taylor and even he is limited, more-so because he doesn't have anyone else on the team that scares anyone. I think their program is on the decline.

Wisconsin on the decline.bc of 3 games? Get real, this season is very young and smart money has them being a good NCAA squad when the dust settles.

Ok. We shall see. I just have a different opinion of what I'm seeing out of them right now.. I'm starting to see a trend. They already have more home losses at home this year then they have had in a long time. That's telling imo.
