Iowa wrestling Ranked #1 in the nation

Iowa Women's Hoop would have a 4 seed, or Better in NCAA, if selections were today.

Iowa Men open a Can of Whoopa** on Michigan at Ann Arbor.

And IOWA canned a misbehaving Minor sport coach, who was running a foul of Athletic/University policy.

Looks like Mr Barta needs a pretty serious boost to compensation, very soon.
 
Yeah......give him a ten year guaranteed contract. All because the Iowa women could be a 4 seed and the Iowa men beat an injury plagued, unranked Michigan team on the road. Barta deserves a fan like you.
 
Barta gets no credit.

As Sally Mason was at fault for the football team sucking a$$ she also gets the credit for the other teams doing so well.

I think he did hire Brands, actually.

He didn't hire Ferentz, yet the whiners over on FB board are sure whining like he did.

Barta FIRED the baseball coach, Dahm and no whining.

He CORRECTLY fired the former field hockey coach and it's supposedly 'significant'?

Here's to hoping Gary gets a HUGE bonu$ for the Winter Sports domination.

Barta shi-canned the Baseball coach, a year ago.
Then he shi-canned the Field hockey, or some Title IX minor sport coach, in 2014.
Perhaps you can go to the Public library and read up on it.

Super; and Bowlsby has been gone for about a decade.

Oh, one other thing that I'll add to getting Barta a raise.

In addition to having a Top 10-15 Women' BB team, National CHamps (I'm predicting) in Wrestling,
NCAA bound Men's BB team, he also has Baseball up and coming and...........

THe Football team just played in ANOTHER January Bowl. You see, Clones, it's all in how you look at things...
