Hunter. It was one of my favorites (along with Magnum PI). He played Rick Hunter and his partner was Dee Dee McCall.

Fred Dryer was better on Cheers! Actually, he lost out on the lead (Sam) to Ted Danson right at the end. He then guest starred on the show.
