If we can do what we did the first 1/2 of the ISU game by having long, drawn out possessions resulting in scores, this isn't even going to be a game. It's our O versus theres, with our D having a big advantage compared to theirs. I like the fact that we can control the time of possession with our running game and the fact that 1. they are less dependent upon the run & 2. they will have a lot of trouble controlling the clock with a running attack.

finally a realist. Im over everyone that is choclate dotting their huggies. We win this one...and comfortably in my opinion.

Can't tell if you are being sarcastic but my point is this. The last few years we have had a "bend but don't break" defense & our offense wasn't helping out that much with a lot of 3 and outs. So far this year, we have broken that mold. & while as obvious as it seems, it is going to come down to how well our offense performs, and how long we keep their offense off the field. History has proven that we aren't going to give up a lot of points, it's a matter of whether or not our offense is for real this year.

I knew what you meant and was just being a smartass. I do agree with you we need to come out and dominate right from the beginning like the last couple of weeks and make the other team play catch up against our D.
