List the independent college team sites like HN

I want to create a link to page where we post as many links to college team sites, like HN, as possible. I am not talking Scout or Rivals sites, but free, independent sites.

Examples would be

www.mgoblog.com for Michigan, or Illiniboard for Illinois...etc...

Once we get them posted, I can create a page for this...thanks for the help, as I know some of you visit these sorts of sites.

More interested in shedding light on sites that have fan communities like this one..more fan centric, less blog centric. Yes, HN has a 'blog' area, which is our content on the front page...but most of the action takes place here on the boards. That sort of thing
 
Spartaintailgate.com and the Red Cedar Message Board is a pretty active MSU site. I just went there to get the exact url and notice they are joining/have joined the 247sports.com network.

Not sure if this terminates their independent status :)

I've seen a couple of these 247 board lately, the Coe article linked from the Illini one this weekend.

Jon, what do you know about them? They don't have much info on their site, but they appear to be a subscription based service focusing on football recruiting.

LOL.

That sounds like a loaded question. I am sure every board has some redeeming quality, right?

More so looking for a resource page to flesh out for Iowa fans, as I get emails on this topic fairly regularly as in 'Do you know of a site for X team that we are playing' etc.

It's Shannon Terry/Bobby Burton, the guys that sold Rivals to Yahoo...their non-competes are over, and they are trying to do it again. They will gain some traction, they will likely hurt Rivals more than Scout because Rivals has farther to fall.

I've been waiting for this. On your old site Jon, I like how you can pick just about any team and read what they are talking about at any given moment. It'll be nice when HN gets a complete indy board listing for all major conference teams.

I just hope the ones in the list are sites that have enough traffic (like here) to make it worth looking at. There are some real dead ones out there.
