Lisa has had to work a lot harder this year to get wins. Probably doing a better job of coaching than she had to do last year.

Anybody could've coached last year's team. But the job she and her staff have done this year is astounding. No one expected them to be where they are. Congratulations!

I saw them finishing 5th. but I never saw them as a number 1. What a great surprise that the Hawks hung onto the number 1 spot as long as they did. Kudos to Lisa and her coaching staff for a job well done.
