no kidding. I'd take Lick. His teams, so far, don't quit, and have done more with less talent. Enter exhibit a: northwestern.

If only not quitting and trying hard was part of the conference standings. But either way both coaches seem to lose alot so I will take McDermott simply for because he is from Iowa.
