Awful game but a great victory. However, Iowa has traditionally played better against old fashioned B10 teams like MSU, Wisconsin, and psu. Purdue, IU, and NW are still ahead. I think it's a win for this team if they go better than 1-2 in those games.

Agreed to a point, but at the same time it's a win we weren't expected to get. That puts us essentially three games ahead of MSU (since we have the tie breaker). Regardless, we have a very generous schedule this year all things considered and are still in the driver seat and control our own fate. That said, if we can continue to find ways to win hopefully the schedules of the other teams will help us out and the last couple weeks of the season (ie. Michigan and Nebby) won't have to be a win out or season ending scenario.

Fact is right now, we're starting to get a better idea about who teams really are and, at this point, we're lucky enough to be in the driver seat at this early point in the season and don't have to play OSU.
