Let's Not Forget Clemons!

Clemons drawing the charge on Paige was as big a play as any down the stretch!

A huge play! Even the North Carolina announcers on TV admitted that it was an offensive foul.

Anthony Clemmons played a really good game in Chapel Hill, NC. There's a reason that Fran has him in the
starting lineup. His toughness and defensive prowess bring a DIFFERENCE that no one else on that bench has displayed.
Sapp has Stepped-up his game in 2014

Now, Iowa needs to WAKE UP the 2 'shooting guards' who have yet to Step-it-up. The senior from CR and the soph from
DM need to pull their heads out and start contributing.

I love a story like Clemmons, or as Dolph called him on the radio, "Anthony Sappy Clemmons"

In this day of I ain't playin so I'm transferring, Clemmons dedicated himself to getting better and man did he ever. He is dramatically improved this season. Proud of you, young man!

2 guard seems to fit him better. He is more controlled on offense. He seems more comfortable. And defensively he is actually better on the wing. He was average at best defensively on the ball but on the wing his strength and quicks seems to make up for the lack of height.

Holy crap! A logical, spot on, coherent..... thread?

No mentioning the tournament or any other stupidity in this thread so far......

Signing out most expediently before anyone's girlfriend gets brought into this!

That was a big play. I actually thought his biggest play was the beginning of the 2nd half after North Carolina had turned a 2 point deficit at half into a 3 point lead fairly quickly and the crowd was getting into it. It felt like a "here we go again" sequence. Clemmons got the finger roll and 1 to tie it at 34. Huge play
