Lester Erb to Rutgers

Former Hawkeye assistant coach Lester Erb has joined the Rutgers coaching staff as a running backs coach. Erb spent 13 years as an Iowa assistant and more recently was an assistant at Nevada. He is highly regarded and will probably also have an impact on special teams. He's only 47 years old so becoming a head coach at some point in his career is a real possibility.

I think he got "promoted to fan" after a number of snafus in 2012, like the Central Michigan game and maybe that Minnesota game. Not gonna lie, I just watched the replay. I miss him. Hit band Cnderella really sums up my feelings on this one.
