Yes, this was probably a good thing just for NW. No way do we come out flat two weeks in a row. A letdown was almost a given after Iowa's last two games. We survived.

This is redonkulous. We were sloppy at times, and we didn't execute im the red zone, but we weren't disinterested. Disinterested teams don't hold a team that averages 31 points per game to 18. They don't go on game winning TD drives in the last 5 min of the game. They don't come up with back to back stops in the 4th quarter when it matters.

Edit: And you're right. McNutty even said the team was well prepared and ready, they just didn't execute well.

I don't think so Denis. NW got exposed today and DESTROYED. To be up 21-0 and lose 35-21 says a lot. Especially considering how mediocre PSU is. NW is not a good team this year.

They can still beat us, however.
