Kid played hard his whole career. He wasn't Shonn Greene. But he's a heck of a player in his own right. It wasn't his fault he didn't have holes to run through during some tougher times. Remember when he first started getting touches it was when Weisman was still there getting most of them. Daniels would have busted some of Weismans 12-15 yard runs into much more. Daniels should be proud of the career he's had.

This is a kid who was seriously bitten by the injury bug. I am really happy for the young man, he stuck with it he stayed healthy and hit got 1000 yards this season. I honestly think a healthy Daniels throughout his career would have had 3 1000 yards seasons.
He may not be the fastest after 30 yards, but he sure knows how to play in this offense.

Everybody I know in IC...says this kid is the epitome of a winner...great attitude, hard worker, team player, really likeable guy. Good guys do win.

I have been talking about it to anyone who will listen. Michigan and later Nebraska wanted nothing to do with Daniels later in the game...the clip you posted is a great example. They just wanted to get out of the way.

I can watch this video and Wadley breaking his ankles on repeat for hours....

I hate to play the "what if" game, but there's a big part of the Hawkeye fan in me that wishes his 30 carries in 2013 had gone somewhere else and that he was going to be back on the Hawkeyes in '17. He's the new AJ Edds on that particular issue.
