LeBron Returns to Cleveland

Now the question becomes can Cleveland get anyone else there to help him? They have some nice young talent, but I would guess they want to get another big name.

On a side note, rumors were that Fred turned down the Cavs head coaching job. Wonder if he regrets it?

John Calipari did as well. Fred still may not of went because of his loyalty to Tornado St. but I would have to think that coach Cal is kicking himself now.

On paper, the Cavs make so much sense for Lebron. They now have 4 overall #1 picks in Lebron, Irving, Bennett and Wiggins....and a #4 pick in Dion Waiters....and have 3 first round picks next year, including the Heats, which could be very high....wow. They can trade Wiggins and some picks for Love, and be in great shape to win immediately or build slower...but they can be a powerhouse in a couple of years at the latest. As a Bulls fan I should be upset, but I like it....feels right.

They do have some interesting pieces, however I don't think Bennett has any value. He's been a complete bust...totally wasted #1 pick. Dion Waiters has shown some ability and I think Wiggins can be a flat out star. I would consider trading Wiggins for Love, but I'd be pretty torn on that. It'll be interesting to see who they draft next year. That 1st round pick they got from the heat is top ten protected too, but they can still get a good talent in next year's draft.

I agree, I'm in the same boat. The Bulls still have a shot at Carmelo. There are reports that he's down to the Knicks and Bulls. D-Rose and Melo against Lebron and Love. Could be fun, but unfortunately it may not turn out so well for my Bulls.

It's top 10 protected through 2017 though so if they do get it, it won't be that high.

Any disdain I had for Lebron went away while reading that. I was a hater but will actually find myself rooting for him now. 4 years have done him well.

Oh yaaaaaaa, here comes Lebron James back to Cleveland on his big white stallion to rescue the Cleveland Cavaliers. Woohoo.

His style of basketball would be better on the soccer field than a basketball court.

My guess is that he's tired of being in the spotlight and is returning to Cleveland, to happily play in the shadow of Johnny Manziel. Second fiddlers feel no pressure.

Oh shoot. Almost forgot my favorite one.

Who cares where LeBron plays. Thanks for posting the flops. He should be playing in Hollywood. But all that aside he is a great bball player and athlete but I just cant hardly watch the pro game anymore and for a long time, too much bad chucking and bricks and not enough sweet passing and play making.

I'd trade Wiggins for Love in a heartbeat. You can sign shooting guards who can hit the 3, it isn't so easy to get a PF with Love's skill set.

I have a hard time seeing Melo leaving 50 mil on the table......and I would not blame him one bit if he went back to the Knicks.

It really took this to see that he is a decent dude?
