I know it wasn't Keith Chapppelle, though you would think leading the nation in receiving and the Big 10 in catches (conference games) would get you there. In 1980 he was 2nd team. I know Anthony Carter was one of the AC WR, but don't know the second.

It looks like Dwight was selected as a KR in 97 and the most recent after that was Hughes in 91.
