I totaled this up pretty quick (3 minutes were unaccounted for), but the following %'s are pretty accurate.

Over the last 4 games vs. Nebraska, Iowa has...
  • trailed for 4% of the game time
  • been tied for 27% of the game time
  • led for 68% of the game time
  • led by at least 2 scores for 49% of the game time
Impressive that we have spent much more time leading by 2+ scores than we have being tied or trailing.

Its scary how close Iowa is to have won 4 in a row in this series.

Only loss in 4 years is a blown double-digit lead and eventual loss in OT in 2014.

It took a lot to lose that 2014 game. I forgot all of the goofy things until I went back through the play-by-play. Iowa threw an INT at the goal-line to deny us points. Right before half KF was actually being aggressive and trying to get points, and Powell fumbled around midfield after a solid completion, Nebraska scores a TD right before half. Iowa gave up a punt return TD and numerous big plays during the second half. Even with that, Iowa takes the lead with less than 2 min to go, only for Nebraska to drive down and kick the tying FG.

Armstrong may be the worst passing QB I have ever seen in the BIG. He flat out sucks! Over throws his receivers all the time. Wish he could play for them like, FOREVER!
