Lance Armstrong Interview

I've been watching it for 22 minutes and he's not screwing around with the information.

I think he is avoiding the big picture which is the lives he ruined living his big huge lie. Which everyone and their dog knew he doped.

I liked Lance when he was cycling. I always said though, that if he's cheating, so are his teammates, and if his teammates are, so was he. I think when the info started coming out sometime ago, I like many others believed that where there's smoke there's fire...I think LA thought that too and thought that sooner or later he was going to end up having to lose his fight of covering up.

...fast forward to interview....he seemed like he gave all the truthful answers, but that he was only answering because his back was against the wall. He may have answered truthfully (for now), but who knows? He just didn't show visual signs of remorse. His answers seemed very calculated. I am glad he came forward for himself, acceptance is the first step, but as the pundits are asking..."why is he choosing to come out now?" I'm guessing he calculated when the statute of limitations ran out on criminal charges and that he now knows he is going to lose millions, and wants to mitigate the losses.

He at least said he did "use" the peds; he said remorseful things, but he just didn't have the look of "I'm sorry that I've wrecked and ruined hundreds, perhaps thousands of lives".

Guy is a pathological liar. Couldn't even tell the whole truth last night. Every question he was asked he tried to skirt around it, or gave some bs answer. One gem was when he said he didn't know this was going to be so big. Really, dumbsh*t? Half the time he wouldn't even answer the question, but instead go off on some crazy tangent. I really hope he's more intelligent than he appeared last night. He really sounded like he plowed down a few ret*rd sandwiches before giving the interview.

The guy started doing triathlons as a teen, and emerged as a world-class athlete at that time. He won his first national championship as a junior in cycling. (17 years old).

So, the guy has a high school education from Texas. There you go.

What lives did he ruin and how did he ruin them?

Some of the people who spoke out against him (by telling the truth). He's filed countless lawsuits to keep people quiet. Created financial burdens on some. A few of the people who spoke out have been completely shunned by the cycling world as a result. Some of them lost their jobs and careers.

Lance Armstrong is responsible for all of that. He's a liar, a cheat and a fraud.

All I could think while I was watching that interview was, "My gawd, what a big a55!" After watching for awhile I thought the same of Lance Armstrong.

About time people finally see Lance Armstrong for the jerk that he is. Everyone associated with him knew the real person that he was but because of him being a cancer survivor and Livestrong the general public viewed him as a good guy. Lance Armstrong is one of the most cockiest/arrogant athlete ever and I am lmao that he got exposed as a cheater.
