TOS has a thread stating CK will be in IC 1.28 over USC and Auburn. Just 3 days before signing day. The acclaimed source is an "inside source to the athletic department." Hope this is true.

I don't buy it at this juncture.
If true ... it may be a sign that CK is possibly more of a late-qualifier. Anyhow, I'll believe it when I see it. I view it as not being a credible rumor at this juncture.

Intrigue by the sound that CK may actually be visiting.
While I remain skeptical about actually landing the young man ... it's still great news to be having him visit. If he visits ... there's always a chance.

ESPN's Jamie Newberg said that Cyrus texted him and told him that he and teammate Darian Cooper would be visiting after he gets done with his SAT's. Sounds like he is coming. How awesome would it be to get both guys on this visit?

Regardless of what happens, Ferentz will be making multiple visits annually to DeMatha for years to come.

I would have reels of film on Bryan Bulaga to show Cyrus, its the best recruiting tool imo. Left early(most college kids like that idea), Drafted in the 1st round(they like the $$$), Starting for the packers most of the year as a rookie, and now is in the NFC title game as a starter. How could you not want that to be you if you were Cyrus?

No but Bill King and Rivals have been saying all along that Cooper was basically set on Penn State until they pulled his scholly. Cooper is now a likelihood and I'm sure if Cyrus was considering Iowa, having two former teammates at Iowa would only help with the adjustment to the new culture and climate.
