I would have rather he made the tackle at the Michigan's 7, but that was incredible effort. You can teach a guy to break down better, but it is hard to teach effort like that. As I am sure most of us did, I immediately thought of DeJean's play against Kentucky when that happened.

It's guys that are willing to give effort like that that make a 7-5 team 10-2. He could've sat at the 5 and sulked about missing the tackle. We'll see that in 2 or 3 years when they're talking about his draft stock.

Incredible hustle play after missing a tackle. They are saying he is potentially DeJean's replacement. Granted I would love to see DeJean defy the experts and come back. Maybe Castro and Higgins stick around and run it back in 2024? I know, wishful thinking.

Did anyone else notice that is was Anthony Becht who posted this? He is the dad of the ISU QB.

He was a College FB announcer and I always thought he was good at it. Don't think he is doing that now. Probably gave it up to watch his kid every Saturday.
