Speraw until be gets another shot. Horner as GSA. Have Horner shadow Speraw and then let him slide into the position when Speraw moves on to be a HC somewhere else.

Kirk would be a good fit an Iowa graduate and ex player has done ok at UCF nothing great but solid.

I've heard he's a great X's and O's guy but not a solid recruiter. I'd still love him on the staff. His teams were not nearly as up-tempo as Fran's, but he's still be a valuable piece.

i personally know that his goal has always been to be the HC at iowa, but he might be up for an assistant gig till he finds the next job.
